The SkinWish is a UK retailer and distributor of cosmetic skincare products from third-party brands. The SkinWish does not manufacture its own cosmetic products or sell own-brand or private-label products.

We take product safety seriously and aim to source and sell products from reputable brands and suppliers. Cosmetic products made available on the UK market are subject to applicable UK cosmetic product safety and regulatory requirements.

Where required under UK cosmetics legislation, a cosmetic product must have a designated Responsible Person. The Responsible Person is responsible for ensuring that the product complies with applicable regulatory requirements before and while it is made available on the UK market.

This includes ensuring that the required product safety assessment has been carried out and that appropriate regulatory documentation is maintained. This may include a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) and a Product Information File (PIF). These are regulatory and technical documents and are not generally provided as consumer-facing product information.

Product formulations and individual circumstances can vary. Before using any product, you should always check the current ingredient list, warnings, precautions and directions for use shown on the product packaging and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
